How to Cancel or modify an order?

Once an Order has been submitted it cannot be further modified or cancelled.At any rate, if you need to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible to inquire into details info@miaya.com, or reply our confirmation email.Should the order have already been shipped, please consider that you may still request a return by following the instructions in the “Returns” section.No cancellations are possible for Personalized Products based on the definitive nature of their customization, that we perform expressly according to your wish.For security reasons, we cannot change the items in your order or the shipping or billing address. If you notice any mistakes in the information provided, please contact our Client Service.

What's the delivery time and process?

Orders will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the authorized payment.

Orders will be shipped via courier service and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures..

As far Pre ordered Products and/or Personalized Products which are not yet ready to be shipped at the time of the submitting your Order, You can contact MIAYA for Pre-ordering something you really like or want to own, and MIAYA will get back to you shortly.

Once the package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.

Please be reminded that the courier delivers Saturday to Thursday during business hours and requires a signature upon delivery. For more detailed information, please see the “Shipping" section.

How to track my order?

Once MIAYA processes your order, you will receive a confirmation email when your order is on it's way with the tracking number.
